As a manager, having the ability to develop people in your team has become the #1 requirement in a lot of companies here in the Silicon Valley (Google's manager research revealed that the most important attribute of the highest scoring managers was that they were effective coaches; Wells Fargo asks their bank managers to spend 2/3 of their time on coaching their teams).
This 3,5 hour, hands-on training, allows the attendees to learn how to implement a coaching habit in their daily management.

Managers should “help each person find roles that ask him to do more and more of what he is naturally wired to do. Help each person find roles where her unique combination of strengths – her skills, knowledge and talents – match the distinct demands of the role. First, Break All the Rules (M.
