I bring more than 15 years of business experience in Management and senior HR roles. I have played a broad range of leadership positions and faced the daily challenges of being a Human Resources Director, a Negotiator or a Business Unit Director while gaining business knowledge in management, HR, talent management, teams reorganization, leadership & negotiation.

In 2014, I moved from France to the USA (San Francisco Bay Area) and decided to finally make the shift to become an executive coach and to create Redwoods Leadership.  Back in France in 2017, I am now totally dedicated at training and coaching executives and their teams to reach their next level.

Besides being a ACC certified Integral Coach (New Ventures West, San Francisco), and StrengthsFinder(TM) certified coach (34 Strong, Sacramento); I hold a Master in Business & Management (EDHEC, France).
I coach both in English and French. 

When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband and my 3 sons, reading, running and traveling. I resource myself with meditation and yoga.
